Jennifer Villalobos, Katrina Bledsoe, and Stewart Donaldson recently completed a chapter for the upcoming New Directions for Evaluation Education Series entitled Preparing the 21st Century Evaluator: Critically-Defined and Responsive Education and Training. The focus of this contribution to the series draws on interdisciplinary scholarship on structural racism and equity, critical race theory, and social justice as evidence of the need to formally educate and prepare new evaluators to identify and address systemic racism in their work.
